FAQ
What will happen my first time?
When you arrive at the church, you’ll find a warm welcome waiting for you. If you’re driving, there’s convenient on-street parking as well as nearby parking at Jarrom Street Car Park. Our friendly Ushering Team will be on hand to guide you to your seat. Each service lasts about two hours, featuring heartfelt worship, prayer, and a life-transforming message. We also have a vibrant Children’s Church and Teenage Church, where your children and teens will be spiritually nurtured and inspired.
What do I wear?
Whatever you’re comfortable in! With so many people, it can get a bit warm, so layers are always a good idea, but there’s no dress code. Some people prefer to come in their jeans or joggers, while others like to dress more smartly. It really doesn’t matter – we want you to feel relaxed and at home.
What do you have for family?
We welcome people of all ages at our church. If you’re bringing a baby in a pram, there’s a dedicated seating area with space for buggies. Our Kids Programme runs throughout the service for children aged 1–9, and we also have a lively Teenage Church. In addition, our young adult ministry, Daniel Generation, meets during the 2 p.m. service and provides a space for high school and university-aged youth to grow in faith and fellowship.
What do you have for Students?
We’re just a stone’s throw from De Montfort University, making us a great home for students. Our young adult ministry, Daniel Generation, meets during the 2 p.m. service for high school and university-aged youth. We also host a variety of student activities and meetups throughout the year to help you connect, grow, and thrive.
